Barbara A Goree-Moore

Barbara Ann Goree-Moore, born March 5, 1962 in Marion, Alabama  to the late NJ and Mary Rose Williams.  Barbara departed this life May 15, 2019 at the DCH Hospital, Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her parents, NJ and Mary Rose Williams; two sisters, Lillie Mae Craig and Deborah  Ann Moore; three brothers,  David Earl Goree, Norman Jeffery Williams, and James Arthur Goree.

She leaves to cherish her memories: husband Richard Moore; three stepsons, Terry Bailey, Timmy Sanders, Ykavian Sanders; one stepdaughter, Janette Blackmon; two adopted children, Donnie and Shnell Williams; two adopted grandchildren, Nyeelah and Kadetria Williams; six sisters, Laura (Compton) Pierre of Lacy, Washington, Rosie Craigs of Birmimgham, Alabama, Viola (Walter) Brown,  Gloria (Henry) Holifield, Virginia Foster, and Chinester Herring of Marion, Alabama; four adopted sisters, Mary Crews, Callie Maddox, Helen Burn, Christine ; one brother, Elmer Joe (Gloria) Goree; one adopted brother, Lee A. (Rose) Richardson; six sister’s in laws, Mable Lee Rocket of Phoenix, Arizona, Geraldine Moore, Dorothy Jean Sawyer, Mae Bell Smith, Mary ( Willie) Bennett, Lucy (Tim) Moore all of Marion, Alabama; three brother in –laws, Roosevelt Moore of Phoenix, Arizonia, Jimmy Moore, Jerry Moore all of  Marion, Alabama; one uncle Roosevelt  (Fronia) Williams, two aunts, Fannie B. Hayes, and Annie Reed of Marion, Alabama; a   very dear friend Mary Jackson and a host of nieces, nephews other  relatives and friends.
