Marjorie Moore-Sprott Obituary

 

                                                               Reflections of Mother Marjorie Moore—Sprott

Marjorie was born in Perry County, Marion, Alabama on September 2, 1936 to Carl Mannel Moore and Eliza Agee Moore.  She attended the Marion Public School System.  She married Walter Tom Sprott on March 12, 1979. 

Marjorie served the Lord faithfully for many years.  She joined Shepherds Love ministry in 2001 to serve as mother of the church under the leadership of Pastor Kenneth Smith  (her son) faithfully until her health  failed in 2016.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parent, Carl and Eliza Moore; her son, Larry Moore; two brothers, Charles and Lawrence Moore; her husband, Walter Sprott.

She leaves  nine children to cherish her memories and carry on her legacy; Shirley Moore Ford of Prattville, Alabama, Rickey Moore of Missouri, Susan Moore of Detroit, Michigan, William C Smith of Demopolis, Alabama, Kenneth (Ruby) Smith of Marion, Alabama, Timothy Smith of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Andrew Smith, Jr. of Prattville, Alabama, Donald Terrell Moore of Birmingham, Alabama, Ronald Jernell Moore of Akron, Alabama; five siblings, Rose Abrams and Mattie Moore Nixon of Detroit, Michigan, Al Ray (Vonnie) Moore, Birmingham, Alabama; twenty-five grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and a host of loving  relatives and friends.
