Barbara B Wright

BARBARA BATES WRIGHT was born on March 14, 1955, to the late Frank Bates Sr. and Carrie Roper Bates. Barbara was married to Drake Wright. She confessed her faith at an early age and later reaffirmed that faith at the Berean Baptist Church. Barbara Ann shared her faith for many years. Barbara Ann transitioned and traded her earthly time for eternity at home on September 7, 2021.

Barbara Ann was preceded in death by:  Her grandparents(Jack and Annie Lou Bates) and (Harry and Roxie Roper), parents (Frank and Carrie Bates SR.), daughter(Tujuana Diane Bates), son (Kelvin Jerome Bates) and four sisters (Sarah Porter Jones, Mary Pearl Billingsley, Betty Miree, and Bertha Billingsley). She leaves to cherish her brother Frank Bates Jr, her four sisters (Willie Mae Eubanks, Carrie(Lee) Bell, Sheryl Bates, and Donna Bates) and her children ( Corrie(Marsha White) Bates, Carlton(Anginet Beal) Bates, Anthony(Tyra Johnson) Bates, Frank Lavern Bates, Christal(Bryan) Barr, Adam Bates, and Laureen Bates) and host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends.
