Gloria Jean Billingsley

Gloria Jean Billingsley was born August 25, 1959 to Maude Starks and the late Robert Rutledge.  She made her transition from this life on December 3, 2020 at Pineview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Gloria Jean gave her life to Christ at an early age and joined the Providence Baptist Church.

Gloria was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Bernice Waters and Martha Rutledge; father, Robert Rutledge; brother, Arthur Waters; sister, Johnnie Mae Starks– Jackson.

Gloria Jean was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt and friend. She enjoyed spending time shopping and with family.

Gloria Jean leaves behind her loving two sons, Randy Lee Billingsley and Simeon Jamal Walker of  Fort Wayne, Indiana; her mother, Maude Starks of Marion, Alabama; one brother, Richard (Gloria Jean) Starks, Jr. of Marion, Alabama; one sister, Dawn McElvene of Fort Wayne, Indiana: eight grandchildren, Jamya     Taylor, Kamari Walker, Amarion Walker, Ayveio Billingsley, Rhyilan Russell,Jhaley Russell, Janarius A. Gorman, Gorman Billingsley, and a host of nieces, nephews , other relatives and friends
