Jerry Lee Moore was born February 6, 1957, to the late Jasper Sr., and Easter Ford- Moore. Jerry transitioned on April 11, 2023, at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama.
Jerry accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Mt. Ararat Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Francis Marion High School and attended Wallace Community College Selma.
He is preceded in death by, his wife Brenda; his father, Jasper Moore Sr.; mother, Easter Ford- Moore; brother, James Moore; two daughters, Daisy and Jeanette; two grandchildren, Malaysia Jones and JaReus Moore.
Jerry leaves to cherish his memories his seven children Kimberly Moore, Chantay Moore, Kaleshia Eddins, Lawrence (Stephanie) Brand, Lutimothy (Amanda) Jones, Justin Brand, and Stephanie (Ramon) Rigby; Twenty-one grandchildren, Christopher, Christy, Shayla, Lauren, Brian, Cortez, Ariana, Kyla, Sharod Jr., Azayah, Amiah, Kianna, Johnny (Cam), Serenity, Jaylen, Athena, Lutimothy Jr., Ja’Quan, Legend, Janet, and IIithyia. Two Great-grandchildren Kamarion Roby, Kavion; eight brothers and sisters,Catherine (Greg) Garbinsy, Ruth Moore Johnson, Lou Timothy (Laura) Moore, Jasper (Donna) Moore, Charles (Davida) Moore, Arthur Moore, Elmer (Hazel) Moore, Brenda Moore-Wordlaw and host of nieces, nephews, family and friends .
