Obituary

Deacon RC Williams was born January 3, 1932 to JC and Clara Williams in Perry County, AL.

He confessed Christ at an early age.  He later joined  Gospel Tabernacle Church of God In Christ where he served faithfully until his health failed.

He departed his life Friday, May 18, 2018 at the Light House Nursing Home, Selma, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents JC and Clara  Goree Williams; Sisters Louvenia Blevins and Callie People; brothers JT Williams and JC Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memory, four daughters. Nella (Robert) Greene of Hayneville, AL , Clara Shaw and Debra (Clifford) Sanders of  Catherine, Alabama,Christine (Calvin) Todd of Birmingham, Alabama; one son Jerry Williams of Catherine, Alabama; six sisters, Bobbie (aka BobCat)  Sanders, Mary Nell (Arthur) Mitchell of Selma, Alabama,  Doris Lanier of Birmingham, Alabama, Bama Richardson, Maggie Brewer, Eunice (Gary) Haynes of Chicago, Illinois; one brother Elijah (Dale)Williams of  Sanford, Florida;  eighteen grandchildren, twenty one great grand children, three great great grand children and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A special friend (Pat).
