Stanley Holifield

Mr. Stanley Holifield was born in Perry County, Alabama on June 6, 1924 to Helen Scott and Brooks Holifield Sr.  Stanley confessed to Christ at an early age. He was a devoted servant and faithful member of the New Fellowship Baptist Church. He departed this life on August 12, 2022, at Diversicare of Marion.

Stanley married Viola “Coot” Whitsett and they had one son, Stanley Holifield, Jr.

Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, Brooke Holifield Sr. and     Helen Scott Holifield; wife, Viola “Coot” Holifield, son, Stanley       Holifield, Jr, four sisters and six brothers.

Stanley leaves to cherish his memories, a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other loving cousins, in-laws, and friends.
