Tristian "Trigg" Harris Obituary

Tristan G. "Trigg" Harris, a cherished soul known for his loving nature, infectious humor, and handy skills, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2024, in Marengo County, Alabama. Born on January 9, 1987, in Selma, Alabama, to Tracy McCarroll and Connie Harris, Trigg was a beacon of light in the lives of all who knew him. Trigg's early years in Sprott, Alabama were filled with the love and support of his family, including his parents and sisters, Tremillia McCarroll and Tibrea Harris. He was a proud graduate of Francis Marion High School Class of 2007, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors. Trigg's entrepreneurial spirit led him to become the owner of "KBK" Inc. He also shared his work ethic with Connect Freight, Inc in Catherine, Alabama, and Small's Hotshot Express LLC, as a dedicated truck driver. His professional life was marked by his reliability and the respect he garnered from colleagues and clients alike. His interests were as broad as his smile, with trail riding and barbeque (LOL) topping the list of his favorite pastimes. Trigg's presence at gatherings was a guarantee of good times, as he loved nothing more than hanging with friends and family. His charm and wit made him a favorite in conversations, especially when it came to talking on Facebook and posting his infamous pictures. Trigg's legacy is carried forward by his loving family: his parents, Tracy McCarroll and Connie Harris; his daughter, Riley Washington; his sisters, Tremillia McCarroll and Tibrea Harris; his cherished nieces, Kayce and Tiana McCarroll; and his adoring nephews, Terrell and Tracy McCarroll; God children, Faith, Kevani, Syler, Syron, JR, Samora, Samira, and Za'Riyah. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends, all of whom will miss his presence deeply. Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents, Joan Harris Hines and Phillip Hines, as well as his maternal grandparents, Albert D. McCarroll and Dorothy F. McCarroll. They have now welcomed Trigg with open arms in a place of peace and eternal rest. Trigg's life was a testament to the power of love and laughter. He had the rare ability to lighten any burden with his humor and to fix anything that was broken with his hands. His love was a sanctuary for his family, and his jokes were the highlight of every gathering. Trigg was a man who could be counted on, whether for a helping hand or a listening ear. As we bid farewell to Trigg, we are reminded of the joy he brought into our lives. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the barbecues savored, and the trails ridden. Trigg's spirit, forever etched in our hearts, urges us to embrace life with the same zest and warmth he did. Trigg's departure from this world is not just a loss but also a reminder of the impact one life can have on so many. To have known him was to have known a rare kind of friendship, brotherhood, and love. As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate the time we were privileged to spend with him. Trigg's life was a beautiful journey that has now found its way home. In the quiet moments, when we find ourselves listening for his laughter or expecting his arrival, let us find comfort in knowing that Trigg is at peace, driving on the eternal highways of heaven. His journey continues, and the love he shared remains with us, guiding us until we meet again.
